Need for Own Premises
A dedicated centre with modern amenities.
The present centre operates from a rented bungalow in Old MHADA Colony, centrally located within the city. It has functioned successfully for the past four years. The lease agreement was renewed once and is now due to expire in December 2027.
Limitations of the Existing Centre
- Availability after the lease period is uncertain.
- Monthly rent is high at Rs. 54,000 and subject to annual increases.
- There is no lift, making upper-floor access difficult for elderly people.
- The bungalow was originally designed for residential use, so rooms are small for rituals.
- Finding another rental space suitable for these specific requirements is challenging.
Recognizing the growing need, SIWASTHAN has decided to acquire land and develop a centre in Thane with amenities tailored to post-death rituals and spiritual service.
Future Vision
Land acquisition and a purpose-built centre.
With God's grace, sincere efforts are underway. The trust remains confident of accomplishing this goal soon in service of a noble cause.
